Tank is Six Months Old!

Our friend Kelly of Lola-K’s Photography and Lola-K’s Boutique recently took Tank’s six month photos. Here’s some of the great photos she took of him:

It’s Nana Time!

We were excited to take a little detour to Nana and Uncle Newt’s house recently. Here are some photos from our visit:

Beach Time!

We took Tank to the beach with our friends Robert and Megan and their children when they came to for a visit during spring break.

The water was cold, but we tried it anyway. Tank was not very happy about that as you can tell.

We put a laundry basket in the surf for Tank to enjoy the waves in. Unfortunately, it was just too cold to enjoy, even though it was interesting.

Tank enjoyed touching the sand as well.

Don’t you like his 25 cent hat I got him? He’s just perfect!

Lounging in the Stroller

Tank and I were strolling on the beach last week and I took these pictures of him in the stroller. He likes to lounge back and prop his foot up on the bar while we stroll as you can tell in the picture below.

I asked him how he could stand being so cute and he just laughed at me.

First Time in the Whirl Pool

Tank got in the whirl pool with Oma and me today. He liked the bubbles a lot. We even floated his little duckie pool in it from Sharon. He had a blast!

Hanging out with the Godmother

Tank got to spend part of the morning with his Godmother Gerry this past week. We always enjoy hanging out with her at the office :)

Pears are Boring

Today, Tank decided he had had enough of pears…maybe tomorrow we will try a new food.

Pool Time

My cousin Sharon gave us a little duckie pool and bathing suit for Tank. Here he is trying it out with his new sun hat. I can tell we are going to have fun this summer in the water…

Eating with a Spoon

Ever since we started solids, Tank has taken an interest in holding his spoon while he eats. I usually put the spoon in his mouth and he grabs and eats while holding onto the spoon. Here’s some pictures of our latest food: peas…

Shoe Time

Aunt Christine gave Tank a little pair of white high top sneakers before he was born. She said that she washed her son’s pair every night before he went to sleep and he wore a pair everyday until he out grew the largest size. Every time we go to her house I try to put Tank in his shoes. We dressed up for church this past Sunday and I put Tank in his shoes. Today he was memorized by them…
